Thank you for being part of our Karate community. We are returning to the dojo with renewed focus on the health and safety of all families and staff and are grateful for your patience and understanding during this time.
JKA Bribie Island will be operating within current government restrictions applying to stage 3 and following the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) and Sport Australia COVID Safe Plan.

- Undertake COVID-19 infection control training.
- Clean/Disinfect frequently touched surfaces thoroughly and at regular intervals.
- Wash/Sanitise hands before and after each session.
- Maintain a safe distance at all times.
- Accommodate a limited number of students in each class to ensure physical distancing.
- Provide sanitisers in the reception area and other locations within the premises.
- Display informational signage throughout the dojo.
We are requesting that each of our students, please…
- Ensure they are well and showing no symptoms of illness prior to attending classes.
- Maintain a safe distance from others at all times.
- Wash hands upon arrival to the studio.
- Use the hand sanitiser before entering and while exiting classes.
- Carry their own bottle or cup for drinking water.
- Wear their uniform to class upon arrival.
